Bianca Spannagle

IBCPS Manager and Extension Officer

Bianca studied a Bachelor of Geology at the James Cook University, Townsville Campus. Bianca and her family are fifth generation in Innisfail who up until the last decade farmed sugarcane in Pin Gin Hill area. Bianca has been with IBCPS for 3 years now and looks forward to continuing to provide a high level of service to our growers.

Joshua Brook

Chemical Retail Officer

Josh has been local to the Innisfail area for the majority of his life. Josh began working in the retail space locally straight after finishing high school, before moving on to Western Australia and working at Repco for 2 years.

in 2017 Josh moved back to Innisfail and has now been working at IBCPS for well over a year and really enjoys the job and the new challenges it brings each day.

Rick Ericson

Pest Management Officer

Rick has previously been engaged in the freezer boxes pig program out west and is now with IBCPSL as the Pest Management Officer, primarily focusing on the IBCPSL Integrated Feral Pig Program. Rick hopes to pass his previous knowledge from his station days and the freezer box program to our current program and growers. Rick enjoys seeing growers involved in the program giving it good go and seeing the success of their efforts, encouraging them to continue on with individual farm management.

Pauline Diprose

Company Secretary and Financial Officer

Pauline and her family moved to Innisfail in 2017 after living in Townsville for 10 years and being the treasurer for the Rebels Soccer Club over that time. Pauline has completed her Certificate III in Business and Admin. Pauline has been with IBCPSL as company secretary since 2017 and locally is the treasurer for the Innisfail United Cutters Soccer Club.
